Karelia University of Applied Sciences Diploma training programmes aim to supplement students with skills or degrees already acquired or further training relating to work done in their home countries.
The programmes are onsite, one-year, and consists of 60 ECTS.
Eligibility
The applicant will either a) be a Bachelor level student who have completed at least two years of studies by the end of the application period, Master level or Doctoral level student in a relevant field, OR b) have graduated from Bachelor, Master or Doctoral level studies in a relevant field.

The relevant fields of study include:
- Energy and environmental technology
- Business management
- Business and entrepreneurship
- Agribusiness management
- Agricultural economics
- Agrotechnology
- Environmental Sciences
- International Development Management
- Other fields of study may be considered based on the field of study and contents of the degree
Eligibility criteria for Forestry Environmental Science Diploma Programme
The relevant fields of study include:
- Forestry
- Other fields of study may be considered based on the field of study and contents of the degree
Admission criteria
- English language proficiency
- Adequate learning skills
- Good educational achievements

- English proficiency certificate (if applicable)
Note! If the academic records are not in English, also attach its official certified translation. The official translation needs to have translator´s signature and stamp.
You need to upload all of the above required documents to your application. Karelia University of Applied Sciences screens, possibly interviews, and accepts qualified students based on programme criteria.

Study fee and special issues
As of 1.5.2023, Karelia University of Applied Sciences Diploma programme study fee is 7500 euros.
The study fee refund is under Karelia UAS updated policies concerning special tuition fee issues.
